Yes. Both major hyperscalers operate UAE regions, and for most enterprise use cases every component — storage, training, inference, logging and monitoring — can be placed in-country. Where a client wants a capability that is genuinely not available in-region, we name it explicitly, describe what would leave, and offer an in-country alternative with its trade-offs stated.

We assume it will happen and we prepare for it in discovery rather than after design freeze. The residency and flow diagram, the data-classification map and the human-oversight design are written to be handed to a reviewer directly. The pattern we use keeps the OT side read-only and time-series native, lands ERP transactions alongside it on a shared entity key, and runs the model on the join. We do not write back into OT systems, and we say so in the architecture — that boundary is usually a hard requirement for good reason.

It stays in your environment. Our default pattern trains inside your cloud tenancy against your storage, with our engineers working through your access controls. Where a hosted model is used for inference, we contract for no-training-on-customer-data terms and record that in the control evidence.

Plan for longer than a private-sector equivalent, mostly for review cycles rather than build. Discovery two to four weeks, proof of value four to six, production build eight to sixteen, plus review gates between them. We would rather quote that honestly than promise a private-sector timeline and miss it.
