No. The AI layer consumes data through the interfaces your current release already exposes — OData and CDS views on SAP, REST business objects on Oracle Fusion, Dataverse on Dynamics 365, the external API on Odoo. If your release is old enough that a needed interface is missing, we say so in discovery and either use an extract-based pattern or scope the smallest possible enablement. We do not bundle an upgrade you did not ask for.

Yes, and roughly half of our Dubai engagements start there. For a first use case we usually land the relevant transactional history into a purpose-built store rather than waiting for an enterprise warehouse programme. The store is designed so that when the warehouse does arrive, it becomes a source rather than a rival.

Wherever you require it to. Both major hyperscalers operate UAE regions, so an all-in-country deployment is a normal option. Where a component genuinely cannot run in-country, we name it in the architecture document, state what leaves the UAE, and let you decide before build — never after.

No. We hold no resale margin on any platform and take no vendor commission. We build the AI layer and integrate it; if the right answer for a given problem is a native platform feature you already pay for, we will tell you and implement that instead. That independence is the point of the model.

Fixed scope, fixed price, per phase. Discovery is priced as a standalone deliverable so you can stop after it and keep the artefacts — the system inventory, the data-quality assessment and the costed use case are yours either way. We do not sell open-ended time and materials for work we should be able to scope.

ERPs are excellent at recording what happened and enforcing what is allowed. They are weak at three things: reading unstructured documents, predicting what has not happened yet, and deciding between ambiguous options at volume. The AI layer covers exactly those three gaps and writes its conclusions back into the ERP as ordinary transactions, so the system of record stays the system of record.

That is a design constraint, not a hope. Nothing we build modifies ERP core objects. Every touchpoint is a documented interface contract with a version, an owner and a test. When you upgrade, the contract tests run first and tell you in minutes whether anything moved.

A proof of value on your own data typically lands four to six weeks after discovery closes. That is a measured result against a baseline you agreed, not a demo on sample data. If we cannot beat the baseline, the report says so — you are buying an answer, not a rollout.

Odoo is a first-class target for us and a common one in Dubai mid-market groups. The integration boundary is different — the external API plus a disciplined custom-module pattern — but the architecture principle is identical: extend beside the core so upgrades stay routine.

You do, on payment, including training pipelines, prompts, feature definitions and infrastructure-as-code. We keep no lock-in layer and no proprietary runtime you must keep licensing from us. If you want to take the whole thing in-house afterwards, the handover pack exists for exactly that.
