Yes. Forwarding and warehouse-management systems are common integration targets in JAFZA and most expose an API or a supported file interface. Where a system genuinely has neither, we work from its database in a read-only, vendor-supported way, or from its exports — and we tell you which, because the difference matters for reliability.

Often, on the leg that matters most to you. Carrier ETAs are optimistic in stable conditions and stale in disrupted ones. A model trained on your own arrival history, port dwell patterns and inland transit times generally beats them on last-leg accuracy — which is the leg that drives your labour planning and your customer commitments.

Not entirely, and waiting for perfect master data is how these projects die. We need the relevant subset to be reliable — usually item, supplier and HS code for a trading operation — and we scope the clean-up for that subset as part of the work rather than treating it as a prerequisite someone else must finish first.
